First Street South - We want your views
Ask Property Developments is currently working up proposals for the next exciting phase of development of the First Street site. The proposals include the development of a single plot at the southern end of First Street together with new areas of first class public realm. The planning application will seek consent for the following uses: a food store, hotel, student residential, office space, car parking, ground floor commercial units and a new public square with associated public realm.
We very much want to hear your views on our proposals and your comments will help inform the final planning application which will be submitted to Manchester City Council in the coming weeks.

If you would like to learn more about the proposals, we will be holding an exhibition in the reception area of Number One First Street at which you can make your views known. The exhibition will run from Saturday 12 May until Wednesday 16 May 2012 and will be open daily on the dates and times shown below:

Wednesday 16 May 9am until 7pm
In addition, we will be holding three drop in sessions for local residents and businesses on Saturday 12 May between 11am and 3pm, Wednesday 16 May between 10am and 2pm and also between 5pm and 7pm. At this drop in session you will be able to ask questions and make your comments to representatives of the project team before the planning applications are submitted.
How can I comment?
Ask Property Developments very much welcomes your views on the proposals. You can comment on the proposals by visiting the exhibition and completing a questionnaire which will be available. Comments should be received by Wednesday 23 May 2012.
