Winter 2025-26
We’re proud to announce the launch of our ‘Winter Wellbeing’ art installation in Tony Wilson Place, delivered in partnership with Manchester Mind and local artist Jessica Lee.
The campaign explores four key themes that include ‘Connecting to Community’, ‘Nature and Movement’, ‘Relaxation and Mindfulness’ and ‘Winter Selfcare’, with each theme aiming to spark ideas for small actionable steps you can take to improve your mental wellbeing and prioritise self-care over the winter months.
We recognise that Winter can be a challenging time for many of us, with shorter days, lower energy, and added social and financial pressures often contributing to poorer mental health.
Mind Manchester want to make it easier for people to ask for help. The local mental health charity invites you to…
- Take a lunchtime walk (solo or with colleagues) around the First Street art installation; spark new conversations and think about how you can look after yourself as the seasons shift.
- Visit their charity wellbeing hub for tips, advice and free resources to improve your self-care during the colder months.
- Reach out to Manchester Mind if you’d like to talk or find out more about their services: 0161 769 5732 (Mon – Fri 10am-3pm).
Join us at Tony Wilson Place to see the campaign in person!
