We’re proud to be partnering with SCENE: Manchester LGBTQ+ Film & TV Festival for Manchester’s celebration of queer stories on screen. Taking place from 20 to 27 August, the festival brings together the very best in new and classic LGBTQ+ cinema and television, with premieres, exclusive previews, cult favourites, Q&As, panels and special events across venues throughout the city centre.
As one of SCENE’s venue hosts, First Street will welcome a series of free outdoor film screenings on our big screen in Tony Wilson Place, alongside a packed programme of festival screenings taking place next door at HOME. Whether you’re revisiting a beloved classic or discovering something new, it’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy world-class queer cinema in the heart of Manchester.
