Designed by Fletcher Priest, the First Street office buildings will all provide a modern working environment, where amenity spaces are a key component in the overall design. Designed to exceed BCO 2014 BREEAM standard, three further office buildings will be added to the estate in 2019, with an additional three buildings due for completion between 2021 and 2023.
